Our Signature Marinara Originates from Reggio Calabria in Southern Italy.  Circa 1882.  My Italian grandparents, Michele & Rosina Zappia brought the "Old World" Italian recipes to America in the early 1900's.  Our "gravy" is the Heart & Soul of our Italian Recipes.  It has served generations of Family and Friends.  My Father (Carmello) showed me as I grew up in Ohio as his parents taught "La Famiglia" back in New York.  Our secret is fresh ingredients, lots of patience, and a pinch of love.  Like the Zappia Family says, "We Care!"  Compliment your next pasta dish with our Signature Marinara. Invite loved ones over, pour the Vino, reminisce, laugh and enjoy the taste of Southern Italy as our family has for over 130 years.
